What do you charge for shipping and handling?
Our minimum charge is $5.95 per order. Shipping and handling charge is based on the order total, weight, and the size of the shipment. All Internet orders are shipped UPS Ground. For quick shipments, please call us at: 508-829-8000
How soon will my order be delivered/when will it get there?

Shipping Rules and Restrictions
Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. The shipping cost shown for an individual item reflects what you can expect to pay. Your actual shipping and handling cost will automatically compute on the Shipping Options page of checkout. Please no deliveries will be made to PO Boxes . International Orders For orders outside the continental us, please call us at 508-829-8000 to place your order.
Receipt of Purchase / Order Confirmation
After filling out and submitting your order, two things will happen: your order confirmation information will display on screen and the same information will be sent to the email address you have provided. Please take the opportunity to print off the order confirmation for future reference. Your product will be shipped the same business day if the product is in stock and if the order is received before 12:00 p.m. (noon). The confirmation number that displays after completing an order is your record of your order. You must retain a copy of this number for your records. If the order is cancelled by the purchaser while in transit the full shipping charge will be applied to the credit card account of purchaser.
There are no refunds on shipping and handling charges unless idrawpeople.com has shipped the order incorrectly. Prior return authorization by idrawpeople.com is required.
Please note, expected shipment times are when an item is expected to leave our warehouse, not when the item will arrive at its final shipping destination. After your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times vary according to the shipping method you select during checkout and the location of your shipping
Depending on the item(s) you purchase on idrawpeople.com and the location to which the items will be delivered, different shipping methods will be available. Each shipping method has its own restrictions and charges that will be applied to your order. Please note, online orders are all shipped via UPS Ground. idrawpeople.com is required to charge applicable state and local sales tax on every item we sell. Currently we are collecting MA state sales tax.
Purchasers may pay with Visa Card, Master Card or by mailing a cashier check. At idrawpeople.com, export orders may be subject to special export payment terms and quotations. All payments must be made in United States Currency. Orders will not be shipped until payment is received in full.
All products still in their original shipping mailer that have not been opened or installed may be returned, with authorization approvable from idrawpeople.com within 10 days from purchase date. There will be a 25% restocking fee on all orders. Shipping charges are not refundable to and from shipping locations
Final sales are clearly noted at the time of purchase. Final Sales are non-refundable.
If idrawpeople.com ships an order incorrectly, we will correct the mistake or refund your money. If the purchaser orders a product incorrectly from our web site it may be returned to idrawpeople.com under the following circumstances. 1. As long as the product purchase has not been damaged in any way. 2. The purchase product is in its original shipping container and in saleable condition. 3. All return items are subject to a 25% restocking charge. 4. All shipping and handling charges are not refundable. 5. Purchaser must pay shipping and handling charges of product back to idrawpeople.com prior to return. 6. Purchaser gets an authorization approval code from idrawpeople.com. 7. It is within 10 days from the date of original purchase. No exchanges or returns are allowed after 10 days unless prior authorization is provided.
